The 2018 Vintage
2018 was a vintage that was generous both in quality and quantity. One of the most important aspects of vineyard management over this growing season to achieve the beautiful fruit that we did, was making sure we maintained vine balance.
Medium garnet in colour with red and black cherry fruit on the nose, tightly wound around subtle yet complex aromas including licorice root, cocoa, sage and rosemary and exotic cedar spice. Opening up slowly on the palate to reveal black cherry fruit, kirsch, and more of the complex aromas that are revealing on the nose.
