The Wine.
Pale gold. Savoury nose – some yellow pear and quince with honey, bees wax and cheesy notes. Firm and textural on the palate with some green pineapple and pickled quince – a slightly bitter and very refreshing finish. Long and round. Very delicious.

Description
The 2017 Vintage.
The 2017 vintage had its difficulties but turned out well, producing small quantities of high quality wine. High wind and rain during flowering resulted in uneven fruit set and smaller crops than preferred, but good ripening weather after that produced lovely flavours and firm acidity in the finished wines.
