At Moorooduc Estate, we specialise in high quality, hand crafted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. We are fascinated by site-specific characteristics of the grapes and resultant wine - or as the French say, terroir - and aim to showcase these, by using simple, natural winemaking including wild yeast fermentation and natural malolactic fermentation to shape unique, food-friendly wines with complexity and texture. All our wines are bottled under screwcap.
